This Growing Happiness meditation has roots from the Buddhist practice of Mudita or ‘appreciative joy’, cultivating happiness, contentment and joy as a regular and healthy practice in your life. This is a great way to take a few minutes to ground and give yourself some self care (best listened to with headphones).
